At, EDIY.in we make each product after receiving the order and check it as per our quality guidelines before dispatch. We advise you to check the dimensions of your entrance / space before buying so that there is no issue while getting the product inside.
Our Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable ONLY for the following reasons:
- Damage
- Manufacturing defects
- In correct product
The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per confirmation received from our logistics team and partners.
- Please ensure that the returning merchandize is unused and undamaged.
- Please maintain the original packaging of the item to be returned, in case the packing has been opened, please ensure the returning items are packed securely and safely to prevent transit damage.
- We shall arrange for the pick up within 3 working days from the date of request.
- The refund amount shall be equal to the amount paid for the item.
- The refund amount for items purchased on EMI Finance Schemes shall be subject to the time taken and deductions made by the Finance Company as per their terms and conditions and shall be binding to the customer.
- In case of refund the amount shall be transferred to you within 7-10 working days from the date we have received the returned item in saleable condition.
- In case of exchange, your new order will be dispatched to you within 10 working days after we receive the earlier shipment.
Please note:
All broken / damage / defective item cases need to be informed to us within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery by email or filling the Registered Complaint form on our website www.ediy.in/no-worry/
All the return and exchanges except broken / damage / defective needs to be informed within 7-10 days from the date of delivery.
No refunds / returns will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and color variations. With wooden products there will always be some color and shade variations between products.
- In correct or outdated delivery address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by us / our logistic partner.
- Consignment refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in used or damaged conditions.
- Custom made products with custom design, custom materials, custom finish, custom fabric and custom specifications, the same shall also apply to our products and designs customized with any or all of the above mentioned custom requests. Dimension of the custom products may vary from dimension in the custom drawings.
